Procedure for Delayed Registration
Application forms are available at C.P.R.C. SBS Nagar (Nawanshahr) (Click here for the forms ). Three sets of these forms are required to be submitted alongwith the following documents :- |

4 copies of photograph. |
2. |
Photocopy of the Passport. |
3. |
Photocopy of the Visa. |
4. |
Photocopy of passport showing date of arrival. |
5. |
Residential proof of local person (Ration Card, Voter card, Licence etc) who had taken surety. |
( if delay days more than 90 days, then the permission from Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi is to be required for the registration) |
