A Senior Superintendent of Police (S.S.P.) is the
District Police head responsible for maintenance of Law
and Order in the district and all matters relating to
the police establishment. To assist the SSP there are
Superintendents of Police, Deputy Superintendents of
Police and SHOs of Police Stations designated as:-
